Our estate agency prices are as per the mandatory Real Estate Advisory Council (REAC) as follows: 

For the sale of Land and Buildings

Sole Agency – When a client chooses to engage Tswanahome exclusively as their agent, forsaking all others for quicker and better results, a sole agency agreement is enacted. 

> Minimum fee P3,000.

> Up to P1 000 000 – 5% of the sale value.

> Over P1 000 000 – 4% of the remainder.

Multiple Agency – In cases where a client does not wish to list their property exclusively to the agency, a multiple agency agreement is enacted.

> Minimum Fee P3,000.

> Up to P1 000 000 – 7.5% of the sale value.

> Over P1 000 000 – 5% of the remainder.

Joint Agency – Fees to be split on 60% : 40%  when a client has 2 agents working at selling or renting their property. The commission is split in those terms

Lettings/rentings – a fee of 8.33% of the annual rent which is the equivalent of one month’s rent for all classes of property for leases less than three years and 12.5% of the annual rent for leases over three years.

Lease Renewals for clients that were secured by the agency – 50% of letting fees.
