Property management services include overseeing residential, commercial and/or industrial real estate, including apartments, detached houses, warehouses, offices, and shopping centres. This includes vetting tenants, collecting agreed rent, keeping low vacancy, carrying out evictions and advising on and carrying out maintenance and improvements as per management agreement. 

For residential property management, Tswanahome charges 10% of all the rental collected. As for commercial properties 5% of rental amount is charged as per REAC fee schedule.
